Job summary

Bio-Techne is seeking a Director of Applications to lead the Spatial Biology Applications organization. The role defines strategy and roadmap, guiding data-driven scientific narratives that demonstrate product value and drive adoption.

You will mentor a global team, align with Product, Marketing, and R&D, and oversee cross-functional programs to deliver high-impact scientific content and partnerships in spatial biology and translational science.

Qualifications

PhD in Molecular Biology, Cell Biology, Immunology, Oncology, Pathology, Neuroscience, Spatial Biology or related field preferred.
8–10 years of progressive life sciences experience including translational research and spatial biology.
Up to 5 years leading scientific or translational research teams.
Proven ability to define and execute scientific strategies that drive product adoption and business growth.

Responsibilities

Define and execute global applications strategy and roadmap for Spatial Biology portfolio.
Lead cross-functional collaboration with Product Management, Marketing, R&D, and Commercial teams.
Drive generation of high-quality application data and scientific storytelling.
Build and develop a high-performing international Applications team.
Establish scalable processes, KPIs, and governance for application development.
