ITW is seeking a Software Development Director to shape and guide Alpine's software strategy, leading multiple development teams through managers and senior technical leaders. The role focuses on architecture, standards, and scalable delivery, aligning technology with business goals.

We expect a proven track record in senior software leadership, with emphasis on Agile and digital transformation, collaboration with executives, and driving continuous improvement across the engineering organization.

Qualificações

• Proven experience in a senior leadership role (Director or above) in software development.
• Strong technical background with deep understanding of modern software engineering practices.
• Experience leading Agile transformations across organizations.
• Experience driving digital transformation initiatives.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute the overall software development strategy aligned with organizational goals.
• Lead and mentor Software Development Managers and senior technical leaders.
• Build a high-performing, scalable engineering organization.
• Drive long-term technology roadmaps and innovation initiatives.
