Qualifications

Senior leadership experience in software development.

Proven success delivering large-scale, complex software initiatives.
Experience leading Agile transformations across organizations.

Responsibilities

Define and execute the overall software development strategy aligned with organizational goals.
Lead Software Development Managers and senior technical leaders.
Build a high-performing, scalable engineering organization.
Oversee multiple software initiatives across teams and ensure on-time delivery.
Champion Agile methodologies at scale and drive continuous improvement.
