Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience delivering software-enabled hardware products with cloud software.
• Proven leadership experience in manufacturing or similar tech-driven industries.
• Strong strategic, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the software engineering organization with strategy, architecture, and team management.
• Strategize and execute on automating custom part design in a complex ecosystem.
• Improve performance, UX, reliability, and diagnostics for subscription-based hardware.
• Ensure tools and processes evolve to boost team productivity and quality of life.
• Collaborate with executives and Product Management to align initiatives with business goals.
• Scale architecture supporting diverse applications from dental to automotive.Ensure high availability for global factories.
