Men in Blazers LLC is seeking a Director of Football Trips and Experiences to lead our trips business from concept to launch and delivery. You will craft experiences blending live football with local culture and exclusive access for US fans, owning the portfolio, pricing, budget, and guest experience.

The role requires entrepreneurial leadership, experience building new offerings within a media or sports travel context, and the ability to work evenings and weekends around events.

Formación

• 7+ years of experience developing, launching, and selling consumer travel products, hosted group trips, sports hospitality, and/or premium fan experiences.
• 5+ years of leadership experience overseeing cross-functional internal teams and external partners.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee end-to-end strategy and launch for Men in Blazers Football Trips and Experiences.
• Develop a calendar of football travel experiences combining match access, culture, and entertainment for US fans.
• Validate target customer segments and refine product offerings based on market research and feedback.
• Manage trip budgets, revenue forecasts, pricing, and profitability margins.
• Lead partner and supplier relationships with clubs, venues, and operators for unique access.
• Manage guest communications, trip execution, contingency planning, and on-site support.
• Drive launch strategies with marketing, sales, content, and talent teams to maximize reach.
