Strong knowledge of ERP and MES integration, Industry 4.0 technologies, and manufacturing systems.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement a strategic technology roadmap supporting manufacturing and business goals.
Assess current manufacturing equipment, automation systems, and software platforms to identify improvement opportunities.
Lead implementation of Industry 4.0 technologies, including IoT sensors, predictive maintenance, real-time production monitoring, and advanced analytics.
Drive automation initiatives that improve safety, productivity, quality, and cost performance.
Partner with Operations, Engineering, Maintenance, and IT to integrate ERP, MES, and manufacturing systems.
Utilize data analytics to reduce downtime and improve equipment effectiveness.
Lead technology projects, vendor management, and capital planning.
Develop training programs and cross-functional teams focused on innovation and continuous improvement.
