Molex seeks a visionary Head of Shared Capabilities + AI Value Transformation to define and scale enterprise capabilities across Global Product Development. You will connect business priorities with AI, data, and operating model improvements to unlock measurable value.

Based in Lisle, Illinois, with 30-40% global travel, you will lead cross‑functional teams spanning Product Development, Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Operations, and Digital to accelerate launches and improve

Qualifications

12+ years of progressive leadership across Product Development, Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, Supply Chain, Digital Transformation, or related functions.
Experience leading enterprise-wide transformation initiatives in complex, matrixed organizations.
Experience translating enterprise strategies into prioritized roadmaps, governance models, and measurable outcomes.
Proven ability to lead leaders and multidisciplinary teams with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Establish long-term vision, strategy, priorities, and measurable outcomes for Shared Capabilities.
Lead a multidisciplinary team advancing scalable capabilities across Global Product Development.
Partner with leaders across Product Development, Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Operations, and Digital to align priorities.
Identify and prioritize opportunities to improve launch performance, quality, productivity, traceability, and collaboration.
Develop governance, investment, and prioritization mechanisms aligning resources with value.
Advance AI, automation, analytics, data, and digital capabilities to improve decision-making and productivity.
Establish measurement systems linking capability investments to outcomes and adoption.
Coach leaders and teams, sharing knowledge and creating growth opportunities.
Promote experimentation and learning loops to drive continuous improvement.
Influence enterprise outcomes through collaboration and credibility, not just formal authority.
Communicate strategy, progress, risks, and results to executives and stakeholders.
