Job summary

Planned Parenthood of Greater Texas is seeking a Manager of Safety and Security to oversee the Security department across various admin offices including Dallas, Fort Worth, Austin, and Houston. This role is critical in ensuring the physical safety and protection of staff, visitors, and assets while supporting the organization’s mission.

Successful candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with extensive background in security, emergency management, and excellent communication skills. A commitment to customer service and adherence to the organization’s values is expected.

Qualifications

• 3 years of exempt experience in security or safety-related roles.
• Experience in the healthcare industry preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including on-call duties.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily functions of the Security department.
• Conduct audits and inspections for safety risks.
• Develop operational plans for crisis response.
