Job summary

The Head of School at Meeting Street serves as the chief executive and educational leader of our school-age programs in Rhode Island and Massachusetts, guiding academic excellence and overseeing all operational aspects from pre-K through 12+.

This role directly supervises multiple campus leaders and shapes strategy with senior staff, ensuring high-quality instruction, strong governance, and inclusive, value-driven programs aligned with our mission.

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience in K-12 education, preferably across multiple campuses.
• Masters degree or higher in education, leadership, or related field.
• Valid certifications from RI Department of Education and MA Department of Elementary and Secondary Education as a School Administrator or Superintendent.

Responsibilities

• Serve as chief executive and educational leader for all school-age programs in RI and MA.
• Oversee academic excellence and all school operations from pre-K to 12+.
• Supervise campus heads and manage multiple academic leaders and campuses.

The Head of School serves as the chief executive and educational leader of all school-age programs in two states (Rhode Island and Massachusetts), responsible for advancing the institutions mission, ensuring academic excellence, and overseeing all operational aspects of schools covering grades pre-K to 12+.

This Role Directly Supervises

• Head of The Carter School (grades 9 to 12+)
• Head of The Grace School (grades K to 8 including Rhode Island Pre-K)
• Head of The Schwartz School (grades pre-K to 12+)
• Director of Special Education (grades pre-K to 12+)
• Rhode Island Pre-K

Requirements
