Job summary

Exeter-West Greenwich Regional School District in West Greenwich, Rhode Island, seeks an Administrator to oversee a comprehensive MTSS framework across the Junior and Senior High Schools. Administrative RI certification is flexible.

Responsibilities include developing data review systems, selecting research-based interventions, monitoring progress, and training staff in MTSS techniques while supporting Tier I–II classroom practices and staff evaluations.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate leadership experience across MTSS process and high-leverage instructional practices.
• Must hold an RI administrative certificate (Building Administrator, Special Education Director, etc.).
• Master's degree preferred and citizenship/residency or work visa required.

• Oversee development and implementation of a district MTSS framework for Junior and Senior High Schools.
• Develop systems for data review, intervention selection, progress monitoring, and reporting.
• Train staff in MTSS delivery and progress monitoring techniques.
• Monitor Tier I instructional practices and support Tier II strategies in classrooms.
• Collaborate with building administrators to set classroom/building MTSS expectations.
• Lead staff development, CPT, and school-wide meetings; participate in staff evaluations.

Job Description
