Job summary

Diocese of Allentown in Allentown, PA seeks a Director of School Support and Student Services to oversee compliance, student programs, and safety initiatives across PreK-5. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education or related field required.
• Master's degree in Educational Leadership or Administration preferred.
• At least 5 years of School Administration required.
• Prior supervisory/administrative experience in Catholic settings desired.
• Valid PA driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to principals and school leadership teams.
• Coordinate school operations including scheduling and program planning.
• Oversee and coordinate learning support services and student records.
• Ensure compliance with Pennsylvania nonpublic school requirements.
• Lead safety, wellness initiatives, and emergency procedures.
• Develop and update policy such as teacher handbook and induction policies.
