Job summary

Trellis for Tomorrow in Phoenixville, PA, seeks a Senior Manager of School Programs to lead our agricultural education partnerships with area schools. You will oversee curriculum development, educational programming, and staff supervision to ensure high-quality youth experiences.

The role focuses on strategic program leadership, building collaborations across Chester and surrounding counties, and expanding access to hands-on learning at our Agricultural Learning Center.

Qualifications

  • Advanced degree in Education, Agriculture, Environmental Education, or nonprofit leadership.
  • Minimum 5 years in agricultural or environmental education or youth development.
  • Experience building partnerships with schools and community organizations.
  • Minimum 3 years of supervising staff or leading educational teams.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the organization's vision for agricultural education in partnership with schools.
  • Lead the strategic growth of school partnerships and educational programming.
  • Establish program goals, metrics, and evaluation systems.
  • Oversee curriculum development and educational programming across sites.
  • Supervise staff delivering school-based programming and provide coaching.
