• Knowledge of fundraising, community engagement, and external relations.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master’s preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide broad oversight of day-to-day operations including curriculum, schedules, and admissions.
• Develop and implement organizational structure to achieve strategic goals.
• Oversee employees, hiring, evaluations, and progressive discipline as needed.
• Coordinate communications among parents, students, faculty, staff, and Trustees.
• Lead fundraising efforts, donor engagement, and expansion of revenue sources.
• Represent the Academy with external stakeholders at diocesan and community levels.
