Our Lady of the Sacred Heart Academy-Chesterton Network School seeks a Headmaster to lead the educational program, maintain Catholic identity, and collaborate with the Board to guide mission-focused administration.

The Headmaster will oversee curriculum, instruction, student life, and communications with parents, while guiding admissions, guidance, and other school operations as part of a collaborative leadership team.

Qualifications

• Master's in Education or related field.
• Significant teaching/administration experience in Catholic education preferred.
• Experience with accreditation and curriculum leadership is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee curriculum and academic excellence; ensure curriculum adherence and changes.
• Lead instructional personnel hiring, evaluation, and supervision.
• Manage student life, discipline, and parent communications.
• Oversee admissions processes and student placement, including outreach to prospective families.
