Job summary

Crown Point Christian School in St. John, Indiana seeks a Head of School to lead the mission, vision, and daily operations of this Christ-centered Pre-K through 8th-grade program. The role supervises instruction, administration, and development while upholding a Reformed Christian worldview.

The Head of School will partner with the Board, recruit and develop staff, manage budgets, and drive enrollment and community relations to advance the school’s mission and faith commitments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the executive officer of the school, reporting directly to the School Board.
• Be responsible for building and maintaining a vibrant, trusting, and healthy organizational culture.
• Oversee the development of administrative principals and procedures for board policies.
• Lead enrollment, marketing, and development planning.
• Supervise business office operations and property/fixed asset management.
• Recruit, develop, and retain administrators, teachers, and staff aligned with the mission.
• Represent the school in St. John and surrounding communities.
