Qualifications

• 7 to 10 years of overall experience, including 3 to 5 years in a leadership role.
• 5 to 7 years of classroom teaching experience.
• Experience in a K-12 educational setting.

Responsibilities

• Cast a clear, unifying vision for the school.
• Lead fundraising efforts to grow student enrollment.
• Establish operational systems and procedures.
• Maintain a visible presence with students and staff.
• Oversee the spiritual formation of the community.
