Job summary

Osaic is seeking a Director of Software Engineering, Salesforce to lead the engineering teams responsible for the Salesforce platform and its integrations. You will own the technical strategy, architecture, and delivery, partnering with Product, Architecture, and Security to deliver secure, scalable solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Financial Services Cloud.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering experience.
• 5+ years building and architecting solutions on the Salesforce platform.
• Excellent communication and leadership in a regulated industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of engineering managers and Salesforce developers.
• Own the technical strategy, architecture, and long-term roadmap for the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Partner with Product Management to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Drive CI/CD, automated testing, and DevOps maturity for Salesforce.
