With nearly 50 employees across 14 countries and having recently closed our Series B round last November with support from leading investors including Y Combinator, DRW, F-Prime, Jump Capital, Castle Island, and Green Visor Capital, we're looking for a revenue-focused Head of Sales to drive our expansion from leading compliance service provider to essential infrastructure for digital assets.
You'll join at a pivotal moment as we develop solutions that make digital asset transfers more reliable, efficient, trusted, and interoperable across global markets. The ideal candidate will combine strategic vision with execution excellence, helping us capture new growth opportunities while building on the strength of our core compliance product and network. As Notabene’s Head of Sales, you’ll scale our revenue engine, coach and grow the team, and partner deeply with leadership to expand into emerging markets.
This role offers a hybrid work arrangement (combination of remote and in-office) for a strategic sales leader with deep crypto, payments, or financial infrastructure knowledge — someone who understands our customers and can operate from vision through execution.

The Impact You'll Have
The Head of Sales is a critical senior hire for Notabene. This is a strategic, hands-on player / coach manager role if you have deep crypto or payments expertise. The role will be instrumental in both building andexecuting on our sales strategy as we grow from a single to multi-product business, upskill our team, and position Notabene for success.
In this role, you will report directly to the President, work closely with the CEO, build relationships proactively with the Board, and liaise closely with all other executives and managers at Notabene.
This is a unique opportunity to scale our sales strategy and a repeatable, high-performing sales engine, coach, and build out a high-performing sales team, and drive growth for multiple products in a fast-evolving global market. For candidates with partnerships experience, this role offers the opportunity to lead the charge on our partnership strategy and execution as well.
