Cordance is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Sales to lead Hapara's K-12 sales team in driving revenue growth and expanding our presence in the education technology market. Theideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the K-12 landscape, have a proven trackrecord in sales leadership, and excel in mentoring and scaling high-performing teams. This roleis critical in achieving Hapara’s mission of empowering teachers and improving studentoutcomes through innovative classroom management solutions.

This is a fully remote role; all candidates must reside with full work authorization in the US.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy aligned with Hapara’s revenue goals and vision
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire the Account Executive team to exceed sales targets
  • Monitor market trends and refine sales tactics to drive growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales with product and customer success
  • Recruit, onboard, and retain top sales talent while fostering a high-performance culture
  • Provide ongoing coaching, training, and performance evaluations
  • Oversee pipeline development, forecasting, and CRM optimization for efficiency
  • Analyze sales metrics to enhance conversion rates and revenue growth
  • Drive adoption of standardized sales methodologies for consistency and scalability
  • Ensure strong cross-departmental collaboration to align messaging and customer insights

Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of the B2B SaaS K-12 education market, including its unique challenges and decision-making processes
  • Proven success in a sales leadership role within the B2B SaaS K-12 education technology sector
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and grow high-performing sales teams, including coaching,pipeline management, and strategic planning
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Google Workspace; familiarity with other sales enablementtools is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, education, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
