Position Overview: As the Head of Sales Americas, you will be responsible for driving the overall sales strategy, managing a high-performing team, and expanding their market presence across the United States. Your leadership and vision will be critical in achieving our ambitious growth targets and solidifying our position as a market leader.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and market penetration in the US.
  • Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Revenue Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding our customer base and maximizing revenue.
  • Customer Engagement: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Performance Management: Set clear goals, monitor performance, and provide regular feedback to ensure the team meets and exceeds targets.
