Job summary

NVIDIA is seeking an exceptional engineering leader to head Isaac for Manipulation, guiding perception, grasping, motion, and learned manipulation across industrial robotics. You will shape strategy, roadmaps, and execution, grow and mentor a world‑class robotics and ML team, and partner with robot‑arm and automation ecosystems to make NVIDIA the default platform for manipulation.

Qualifications

• BS/MS/PhD in Robotics, CS, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 12+ years of robotics-related experience with 3+ years leading teams.
• Hands-on experience with robotic arms, grasping, and manipulation (motion planning and control).
• Experience with CUDA, PyTorch, and GPU-accelerated compute.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Isaac Manipulation team; set direction and delivery.
• Shape the roadmap for grasping, motion planning, perception-for-manipulation, and learned manipulation policies.
• Translate complex industrial manipulation tasks into platform capabilities for production use.
• Collaborate with NVIDIA Research and related teams to bring sim-to-real approaches into the platform.
