Workstream is seeking a Head of Robotics Data Operations to lead the data collection programs for its innovative robotic projects. This management role requires coordination of a distributed team in the hiring, training, and operational execution of robotics data capture.

The successful candidate will have 5-8+ years in operationally intensive roles, a strong focus on logistics, and a talent for team leadership. Competitive salary range is $170,000 to $190,000, along with various benefits.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to scale teams and manage front-line operators.
• Experience in complex, multi-stakeholder operations with measurable impact.
• Demonstrated capacity to build operational systems from scratch.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead robotics data collection programs across the US and internationally.
• Build, lead, and scale the operations team — from 5–10 operators today to hundreds.
• Solve logistics problems related to device fulfillment and contributor scheduling.
• Communicate performance metrics and recommendations to executive leadership.
