Job summary

GSK seeks a Director of Compliance Operations to lead the Risk Operations Centre’s Compliance Operations, directing SOX testing, license management and cross-functional privacy and sanctions compliance for the Technology organisation. You will own budgets, headcount, goals, culture, and engagement, driving continuous improvement and intelligent automation.

You will sponsor the AI roadmap, collaborate with Cyber Security Office and GRC stakeholders globally, and model responsible use of AI tools

Qualifications

• Experience in SOX compliance and IT audit.
• Experience applying SOX IT general controls frameworks and evidence standards.
• Experience in software asset management and license compliance.
• Experience managing compliance operations with end-to-end ownership of a capability.
• Experience leading and developing teams and managing budgets and headcount.
• Experience managing organisational goal-setting, performance tracking, culture or engagement processes.
• Experience influencing and communicating with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own IT control SOX testing programme, including scope, test plans, sampling and evidence.
• Track SOX control deficiencies and action plans through to closure.
• Own License Compliance and Software Asset Management programme.
• Provide compliance consulting and assurance across Privacy, Sanctions and AB&C requirements.
• Perform the Business Operations function for the Technology Risk and Compliance organisation (budget, finances, headcount).
• Drive the annual goals and objectives process across the organisation.
