Qualifications

• Five+ years in retail site selection or development (convenience/fuel, QSR or single-tenant net lease).
• Proven track record taking deals from inception to close with oversight of others.
• Experience presenting to real estate committees or boards and working with senior leaders.
• Entrepreneurial drive with ownership mindset and customer-first approach.
• Willingness to travel regularly across markets.

Responsibilities

• Lead site selection and market strategy for assigned markets, ranking sites per retailer criteria.
• Oversee LOIs, purchase agreements, ground leases, and build-to-suit terms through closing.
• Direct analytics, timelines, and presentations supporting each opportunity.
• Manage key retailer relationships and broker networks; coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Develop and grow the real estate department as Gen4 expands.
• Provide strategic input on market focus areas, starting with the Midwest.
