Living Spaces Furniture seeks a Manager of Retail BI & Analytics to lead a team delivering BI, analytics, and AI solutions across retail operations. You will translate business priorities into a strategic analytics roadmap, partner with leadership, and drive data-driven decisions that boost profitability and customer experience.

The role requires strong leadership, data storytelling, and proficiency in Tableau, Alteryx, SQL, Python, and Excel, with a focus on scalable analytics and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field and 5+ years of BI/analytics experience.
• Experience leading multiple analytical initiatives with executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and delivery of BI, analytics, and AI solutions for retail performance.
• Translate business challenges into insights and innovative solutions across key metrics.
• Present data-driven recommendations to senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Establish governance, KPIs, and best practices across BI platforms.
