KitchenSync, Inc. seeks a VP of Procurement Solutions to lead procurement, costing, and Kit‑based spend optimization for restaurant operators. You will shape supplier networks, pricing strategies, and inventory practices while partnering with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Finance to scale Kit’s impact.

Based in West Hollywood, you will drive adoption, deliver cost improvements, and translate operator needs into product enhancements that improve profitability across multi-location clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant procurement, purchasing, or F&B management.
• Ability to translate restaurant workflows into technology-enabled processes.
• Strong vendor management, inventory, and costing expertise.
• Experience working with multi-location operators and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary expert on restaurant procurement, costing, and Kit capabilities.
• Develop and expand supplier networks and strategic procurement partnerships.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Finance.
• Translate real-world workflows into product requirements and enhancements.
• Drive adoption and measurable improvements in food costs and profitability.
