Qualifications

• MD/DO or international equivalent.
• 7+ years clinical trial experience in pharma/academic settings (9+ preferred).
• Respiratory experience strongly preferred.
• Proven leadership and cross-functional team management.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor medical/scientific directors and clinical study teams.
• Oversee design, analysis, and reporting of protocols and regulatory submissions.
• Ensure enrollment targets and study timelines; monitor safety data.
• Coordinate with Discovery, Medical Affairs, and other functions for strategy.
• Represent AbbVie in internal/external scientific discussions and partnerships.
