Job summary

Naples Grande Beach Resort, part of Pyramid Global Hospitality, is seeking an energetic Activities Manager to lead resort recreation and guest engagement programs on the beautiful Naples coast. You will oversee beach and pool activities, plan events for all ages, and ensure service excellence across the guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily recreation and activities operations across the resort, including beach and pool areas.
• Plan, coordinate, and host engaging activities and events for guests of all ages.
• Ensure all guest interactions meet or exceed resort service standards.
• Train, coach, and develop the Activities team to deliver high-quality experiences.
• Maintain staffing levels and team accountability; monitor safety and cleanliness of recreation areas.
• Coordinate maintenance of equipment and facilities and optimize guest flow across spaces.
