Medix™ seeks a Director of Research Operations and Education in Aurora, CO to lead clinical study operations and workforce development for 110 professionals and 450+ active trials. You will ensure regulatory compliance, strategic planning, and training across the research portfolio.

Reporting to the VP, you will shape budgets, oversee feasibility/start-up processes, and partner with investigators and leaders to advance high-quality studies while fostering an inclusive, high-performance culture.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of clinical research operations experience in healthcare or academic medical centers.
• 5+ years of dedicated management and leadership experience.
• Director-level leadership with 80+ indirect reports and high operational volume.

Aufgaben

• Lead a multidisciplinary clinical research organization of ~110 team members and 3 direct reports.
• Oversee institutional compliance, regulatory requirements, and education programs.
• Develop department budgets and monitor financial performance.
• Support investigator teams across sponsor types and trial phases.
• Foster an inclusive culture through recruitment, training and career development.
