Qualifications

• Master’s degree, JD, PhD, or equivalent experience required.
• Excellent judgment and decision‑making with ability to balance priorities and develop practical solutions.
• Strong written and verbal communication and stakeholder facilitation.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership across research compliance domains (human subjects protections, sponsored research, data governance).
• Advise faculty and leaders on complex research-related governance, risk, and compliance issues.
• Lead and develop a team responsible for compliance programs, data management, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with university offices to guide research collaborations and external partnerships.
• Identify opportunities to improve operations through technology and analytics.
