Job summary

Strongpoint Partners seeks its first dedicated Quality Assurance engineer to own testing for SPARK, AGL, Nexus Bridge and Strongpay. You will define test plans, build automation including AI agents, and establish gates and dashboards to measure quality across platforms.

You will implement load testing, rollback playbooks, and security checks, collaborating within a two‑week sprint cycle alongside engineers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software QA.
• 2+ years building automated test suites.
• CI/CD experience with GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps.
• Proficiency in SQL to verify test data.
• Experience with load and performance testing (JMeter/k6/Gatling).
• Experience with rollback/runbooks and incident response.
• Experience collaborating with engineers in a two‑week sprint cycle.
• Security testing knowledge and OWASP Top 10.
• Experience using AI tools in testing.

Responsibilities

• Own release testing across SPARK, AGL, Nexus Bridge, and Strongpay.
• Build and integrate automated test suites into CI pipelines (GitHub Actions/Azure DevOps).
• Manage AI testing agents and determine coverage and human review needs.
• Establish load and performance testing for all platforms and identify limits.
• Create and maintain rollback plans for each platform.
• Develop quality metrics and dashboards to report escaped defects and fixes.
• Incorporate security testing checks before releases.
• Act as a QA seat in the two‑week sprint planning and demos.
