Job summary

Medica is seeking a senior leader to guide Provider Connectivity strategy and execution. You will shape cross‑functional roadmaps, partner with technology and clinical teams, and align initiatives with organizational priorities to improve care delivery and data interoperability.

The role emphasizes strategic vision, governance, and portfolio leadership, with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes for members, providers, and the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in related field.
• 10+ years of applicable work experience in healthcare, health insurance, provider connectivity, clinical technology, health information technology, program or portfolio management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and ongoing evolution of Medica's Provider Connectivity strategy in partnership with key business and technology stakeholders.
• Oversee planning, prioritization, and execution of Provider Connectivity initiatives and capabilities.
• Establish governance to support prioritization, decision-making, accountability, risk management, and execution across the Provider Connectivity portfolio.
• Collaborate across functions to advance Provider Connectivity priorities and ensure alignment with organizational strategy.
