Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in related field
• 10+ years of applicable work experience in healthcare, health insurance, provider connectivity, clinical technology, health information technology, program or portfolio management, or a related field
• 5+ years of leadership experience

Responsibilities

• Lead development and evolution of Medica's Provider Connectivity strategy and multi-year roadmap
• Oversee planning, prioritization, and execution of Provider Connectivity initiatives
• Establish governance, secure approvals, and manage resources for initiatives
• Lead cross-functional teams across business, technology, clinical, operational, and other functions
• Monitor performance and drive continuous improvement of Provider Connectivity capabilities
