Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is recruiting a Director to join the DDSAI team. You will lead two clinical-stage Prostate Cancer Programs within Data, Data Science, and AI, directing endpoints development and innovative trial analytics to support early- and late-stage development.

You will collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams across Regulatory, Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, Epidemiology, and Statistics to apply AI, real-world data, and digital health approaches, advancing

Qualifikationen

• Advanced degree in a field with high-dimensional data experience.
• Experience in drug development, AI/real-world evidence, or oncology.
• Strong communication and leadership in a matrix organization.

Aufgaben

• Lead two clinical-stage Prostate Cancer programs within Data, Data Science, and AI.
• Develop and validate novel Prostate Cancer endpoints across modalities.
• Represent Data Science to Compound Teams and deploy AI/RWE strategies.
• Provide expertise in prostate cancer development, trial design, and data assets.
• Leverage analytics and ML to uncover insights from complex datasets.
• Collaborate with Regulatory, Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, and Statistics.
• Manage external partnerships to leverage new technologies for program needs.
