Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine seeks a Director to lead Data, Data Science, and AI efforts for two clinical-stage Prostate Cancer programs. You will develop novel oncology endpoints, deploy AI/RWE strategies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to advance clinical development.

The role reports to the Head of Solid Tumor Oncology, DDSAI, and is located in multiple US sites with up to 10% travel. Strong leadership and oncology DS expertise are required.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a field with high-dimensional data experience (e.g., data science, biostatistics).
• 8+ years in drug development, biotech, AI, omics, or real-world evidence, or clinical practice with outcomes research.
• Working knowledge of oncology, trials, and patient experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead two Prostate Cancer programs within Data, Data Science, and AI.
• Develop and validate novel prostate cancer endpoints across modalities.
• Represent Data Science to compounds teams and deploy AI/RWE strategies.
• Collaborate with Regulatory, Medical Affairs, Epidemiology, and Statistics to deploy DS solutions.
• Manage external partnerships and drive milestones in a matrixed org.
