Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is recruiting for a Director to join the DDSAI team. This role will lead data science efforts within the Solid Tumor Oncology group, directing two Prostate Cancer programs and aligning AI, digital health, and translational research to advance clinical development.

The position reports to the Head of Solid Tumor Oncology, with location options in New Jersey, PA, CA, or MA and up to 10% travel.

Formación

• Advanced degree in a field with high-dimensional datasets.
• 8+ years in drug development or related AI/RWE.
• Oncology knowledge and trial experience.
• Experience with data science practices in R&D.
• Healthcare dataset experience including EHR/omics/imaging.
• External partnerships and cross-functional leadership.
• Proven ability to manage timelines in a matrixed org.

Responsabilidades

• Lead two clinical-stage Prostate Cancer Programs within Data, Data Science, and AI.
• Develop and validate novel Prostate Cancer endpoints across modalities.
• Represent Data Science to Compound Teams and deploy AI/RWE strategy.
• Collaborate with Regulatory, Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, Epidemiology, and others to deploy data science solutions.
• Oversee external partnerships for Prostate cancer program needs.
