Job summary

TriMark USA, LLC in Lenexa, KS invites an accomplished Divisional Director of Project Managers to lead a team, drive strategic program execution, and elevate divisional performance within a hybrid, full-time role.

Reporting to the VP of Project Management, you will set goals, allocate resources, mentor managers, and engage stakeholders to deliver value across the organization. Candidates should have 12–15 years of PM experience, PMP or CFSP preferred, and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 12–15 years of project management experience.
• PMP certification or equivalent preferred.
• CFSP certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and direction to the project management division.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize project management processes and performance.
• Mentor, coach, and develop the project management team.
