Chart Industries in Beasley, TX is seeking a seasoned Manager, Project Management to direct the project management team, oversee scope, risk, and resources, and ensure on-time delivery of engineered equipment built to specification while protecting cash flow and margins.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in project management, strong leadership and financial acumen, and experience in a matrix organization. PMP and Lean Six Sigma are preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide leadership, motivation and strategic direction to ensure the effective and efficient operation, growth and development of the project management team.
• Own and lead project execution, scope management, risk management, and resource management. Drive accountability and ownership of this within the project team and the wider business.
• Ensure that project risks and opportunities are identified well ahead of time and are mitigated or realized respectively.
• Provide clear communication to the team in relation to required goals, responsibilities and performance expectations.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement strategies within the department, and across the business, focused on increasing project margins and improving OTD and project performance.
• Drive financial performance in line with commitments. Ensure project budgets are aligned with project scope. Identify, evaluate, report and seek to minimize any negative financial variance and ensure cash flow commitments are maintained.
• Manage, grow and develop a high performing team. Ensure proper resources are available and managed efficiently.
• In partnership with Commercial and cross-functional teams, manage the resolution of contract and commercial issues and disputes.
• Maintain role as primary contact for internal and external escalations.
• Ensure that departmental standards and processes are maintained and updated in line with industry developments and are applied at all times.
• Develop, monitor and report on the KPI’s in area of responsibility, review actions and update workflows accordingly. Ensure feedback is used to foster continuous improvement.
• Interact and engage with all aspects of Chart Business Excellence (CBE) supporting cost reduction, efficiency, delivery, COPQ and quality improvements.
• Ensure adherence to Quality, Health and Safety standards in compliance with Company policy to ensure safe working environment.
