Job summary

LawAI is seeking a motivated leader to develop, implement, and scale US and EU legal field-building programs. You’ll work on identifying and placing talent in AI, law, and policy, with support from operations, research, and recruitment teams.

The role covers planning content, managing partnerships, supporting alumni, recruiting, producing events, and evaluating program impact. Flexibility to travel 2–3 times a year and work across multiple locations is offered.

Responsibilities

• Plan program content with input from research teams.
• Manage partnerships with candidates, speakers, contractors, and service providers.
• Support participants and alumni; build a robust talent pipeline.
• Recruit and select candidates; oversee hiring materials and evaluation processes.
• Produce events; coordinate venues, schedules, and day-of logistics.
• Conduct impact analyses; identify metrics and analyze data.
• Develop resources to support participants' knowledge and networks.
