The Head of Program Management owns the cost, schedule, and contractual performance of every active program in the EW portfolio. Your team of PMs sits at the nexus of the customer, the contract, and the delivery to ensure Anduril EW delivers what is on contract, and at the highest possible standard. You centralize and standardize the tools, processes, and operating rhythms that allow PMs to do their jobs and allow leadership to have clear insights across program. You own the PM skillset within EW and are expected to build, train, and lead the PM organization into a high performing programmatic leadership team here at Anduril.
The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only.
