Job summary

Terrestrial Bio, Inc. is seeking an experienced Director, Program Management to lead cross-functional program management across research, preclinical and clinical development programs in Woburn, MA.

This role reports to the Chief Development Officer and focuses on translating asset strategies into executable, well-governed program plans. Qualifications

• Minimum 15+ years of relevant experience, including 7+ years in pharma/biotech/medical device program management.
• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or directly relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
• PMP, Agile, change management credentials preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational and strategic PM leadership to cross-functional teams for VX-201 and follow-on assets.
• Build and maintain relationships with scientific leads, internal departments, and external partners to keep programs on track.
• Develop presentations that distill complex issues for strategic planning and decisions.
• Ensure integrated program plans with timelines, risks, and mitigation are communicated to senior leaders.
• Identify barriers to goals and work with teams to develop solutions and accelerate initiatives.
• Use waterfall and Agile practices to drive cross-functional communication and timely decisions.
