This role requires a strong technical leader who can shape and improve technical architecture, recruit top engineering talent, and transform existing processes to support a global customer base.

Qualifications

• Strong background in software engineering, data engineering, or process automation.
• Experience with modern architectures, cloud technologies, and data products.
• Proven ability to build, manage and scale professional services teams.

Responsibilities

• Build a Professional Engineering Services team from the ground up delivering high‑value customer projects.
• Engage with customers as a strategic technical advisor and drive measurable value.
• Shape and improve technical architecture across software, data, and process domains.
• Drive revenue growth and profitability through professional services.
• Lead and transform data operations with scalable, automated processes for a global client base.
• Collaborate with product, sales and customer success to align services with business goals.
• Scale the data operations function as the Pacific Time team becomes globally distributed.
