Netflix's Ink studio in Los Angeles is seeking a Head of Production Finance to build and lead the production finance function from the ground up. You will partner with senior creative, business, technology, and production leaders to establish financial infrastructure and own budgeting across the slate.

You will design processes for budgets, cash flow, cost reporting, and incentives, stand up systems with IT, and guide a small team as INK scales.

Qualificações

• 10-12+ years of production finance and/or production accounting experience; leading a team preferred.
• Comfort operating in ambiguity; startup builder mentality.
• Strong budgeting, cost reporting, cash flow, and production incentives knowledge.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders across functions.
• Experience with GL systems (SAP/Oracle/Workday) and production accounting tools (Global Vista, PSL+).
• Excellent communication across diverse audiences.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as primary Production Finance advisor for INK and partner with leadership.
• Build and lead a small production finance team.
• Own end-to-end financial management of INK's slate, including budgets, costs, reports, and cash flow.
