Candidates Must Have:

• 3+ years of production experience within automotive, electric vehicle (EV), small passenger vehicle, ATV, or UTV manufacturing environments
• Bachelors degree is preferred
• Proven experience leading production teams in fast-paced manufacturing environments
• Strong background in Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
• Experience managing production KPIs including safety, quality, delivery, and productivity
• Ability to lead cross-functional operations across production, quality, maintenance, and supply chain
