Job summary

Ericsson Enterprise Wireless Solutions is seeking a Head of Product Management to own the full lifecycle of critical product domains, including Wireless WAN, Network Security, LAN extension, and Edge AI. You will coordinate across hardware and software to deliver cohesive capabilities and drive transformational customer growth at a global scale.

You will lead a PM team, collaborate with engineering, marketing, sales, and finance, and report to the SVP, Product Management.

Qualifications

• Proven track record shipping cellular modem and WWAN products with SaaS/cloud software.
• Experience with FCC/PTCRB regulatory & carrier certification processes.
• Leadership experience in agile, continuous delivery environments.
• Bachelor’s degree; MBA/Advanced degree a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and own product strategy across WWAN, LAN, and Edge AI domains.
• Lead cross-functional execution from discovery through renewal with global coordination.
• Recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing PM organization.
