Job summary

Moore is a data-driven CXM company seeking a Director, Product Management – Agency Solutions to lead strategy and execution across the Agency roadmap. You will set the vision, partner with Agency Leaders and executive stakeholders to identify where product and technology create client value, and turn strategy into delivered capabilities.

This senior, hands-on role offers the potential to build a team as the Agency Solutions portfolio grows, with emphasis on analytics, AI-enabled workflows, and

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management with leadership experience.
• Track record of guiding multi-year roadmaps and strategy.
• Experience partnering with executives to fund product investments.
• Lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Strong business acumen linking product decisions to revenue and costs.
• Hands-on Agile delivery using JIRA/Confluence and writing user stories.
• Ability to bring clarity to ambiguous problems and prioritize effectively.
• Deep data analytics experience; ability to derive insights for strategy.
• Experience with AI-enabled products or workflows a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree; MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for Agency Solutions.
• Partner with Agency Leaders and executives to prioritize investments.
• Lead discovery, requirements, and delivery for high-impact initiatives.
• Build business cases and secure leadership alignment.
• Set AI direction for agency work and guide responsible adoption.
• Establish product, adoption, quality, and financial metrics and report progress.
• Collaborate with engineering, data, design, and creative technology leaders.
