Job summary

Office Ally in San Francisco is seeking a Director of Product to own our product portfolio and lead a team of Product Owners. You will coach and develop your team while setting the direction for the products they manage.

You'll allocate budgets, headcount, and capacity, and lead annual planning with full integration of vision, strategy, and roadmaps, ensuring products meet customer needs and company goals, while driving Lean Portfolio Management and scalable Product Ops.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product leadership with budget responsibility.
• Proven experience leading and developing teams of product managers or product owners.
• Strong strategic thinking and business acumen.
• Expertise in Pragmatic Framework.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex documents; write clear reports and business correspondence; and effectively present information to senior leadership and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Translate business strategy into an executable product portfolio with a 1–3 year horizon.
• Own outcomes for the product line and manage budget, staffing, and vendor contracts.
• Run quarterly and annual planning cycles using Pragmatic Framework artifacts.
• Champion scalable processes such as Lean Portfolio Management and Product Ops.
• Build and maintain senior stakeholder relationships and customer advisory boards.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Senior Managers and Product Owners, including performance management and career development.
