Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management with leadership responsibility.
• Track record of taking zero-to-one products from concept through deployment.
• Experience running stage-gate or investment-review processes with documented business cases.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end portfolio for Orchestration Works from intake to adoption.
• Maintain ROI discipline with automation lift and financial return focus.
• Lead a three-gate cadence (intake, concept gate, production readiness) and governance reporting.
• Oversee learning capture and kill discipline when concepts underperform.
• Set pod product management standards: scoping, prioritization, validation, and handoff.
• Guide design and human-AI interaction to ensure usable AI-enabled outputs.
• Align OW portfolio with Ensemble's enterprise roadmap and automation trajectory.
