Role Overview

As a key member of the MatrixCare (MxC) Senior Leadership Team, the Head of Product (HoP) will provide both functional and cultural leadership for teams responsible for the overall customer experience of MatrixCare’s products. This role oversees product management for the Home Health and Hospice (HH) and Senior Living Long-term Care (SLTC) verticals. The HoP must possess strong customer management, business consultancy skills, and expertise in technology, SaaS delivery, software sales, and customer service.

The position involves regular interaction with post-acute care customers, building relationships and fostering customer-centricity. The HoP will also develop thought leadership to enhance the MatrixCare brand.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the strategy and execution for HH and SLTC software products within the ResMed Residential Care Services portfolio.
• Lead end-to-end product innovation from ideation to launch, supporting revenue growth and operational efficiency.
• Represent a deep understanding of customer and market needs, translating these into product strategy, vision, and roadmap.
• Manage product lifecycle, ensuring timely, high-quality releases and successful product launches.
• Build and maintain product roadmaps, perform change management, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Analyze customer needs and market offerings to keep products competitive.
• Drive product profitability, revenue growth, and operational excellence.
• Collaborate with customer experience teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Partner across the organization to create new products leveraging internal assets and existing solutions.
• Lead product governance and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
• Serve as the product's internal and external ambassador, representing it at industry events.
• Utilize tools like JIRA and Agile methodologies for efficient product management.
• Balance innovation, customer needs, and competitive advantage in product development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business management, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 10-15 years of experience in software product management, with leadership roles.
• Experience in healthcare SaaS and post-acute care markets.

Skills & Abilities

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical, process-oriented, and leadership skills.
• Proven success in healthcare SaaS product launches and team leadership, including remote/hybrid teams.
• Deep understanding of recurring revenue models and post-acute care settings.
• Ability to travel up to 30%.
