Role Overview

As a key member of the MatrixCare (MxC) Senior Leadership Team, the Head of Product (HoP) will provide functional and cultural leadership for teams responsible for the overall customer experience of MatrixCare. This role oversees product management for the Home Health and Hospice (HH) and Senior Living Long-term Care (SLTC) verticals. It requires strong customer management, business consultancy skills, knowledge of technology, SaaS delivery, sales, and a passion for serving customers.

The HoP will regularly interface with post-acute care customers, building relationships and customer-centricity. Additionally, they will develop thought leadership to enhance the MatrixCare brand.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead strategy and execution for HH and SLTC software products within the ResMed Residential Care Services portfolio.
• Lead end-to-end product innovation from ideation to launch.
• Support revenue growth, operational efficiency, and develop product roadmaps aligned with business goals.
• Represent deep understanding of customer and market needs to inform product strategy, vision, and roadmap.
• Manage product lifecycle, ensuring timely and high-quality releases.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers through advisory activities and industry events.

Key Activities

• Understand customer and market needs to inform product decisions.
• Translate market requirements into technical specifications for engineering teams.
• Develop and align product roadmaps with strategic goals.

• Utilize tools like JIRA and Agile methodologies for efficient product management.
• Balance innovation, customer needs, and competitive advantage in product development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business management, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 10-15 years of experience in software product management, especially in SaaS.
• Leadership experience within the post-acute care space.
• Proven success in strategic vision and operational execution.
